The identity behind Kalabrese is Sacha Winkler, an indispensable figure in the Zurich electronic scene. Kalabrese is subtle in the booth. He has set a particular line as a producer and DJ, making his way between an approach to the organic rhythms of funk and structures oriented to vocal experimentation.

Kalabrese is currently working on new material for a third studio album, as well as enjoying the Jules et Spatz project alongside Jimi Jules. In Paraíso, Winkler promises to take us on a set inspired by an imperfect rhythm that roams between indie-dance, disco music, house and blues. Building on soft rhythms, Kalabrese leads us to a hypnotic dance, alternating with Afro-Latin house and darkwave: a window to a different, bright and always funky world.
